Rates
$225 per 45-minute individual session.
$275 per 75-minute family or couples session.
$250 per 60-minutes assessment and consultation.
$85 per 75-minute group session.
Insurance
Dr. Oliver does not participate in any managed care plans and does not accept insurance as payment for services. Services may be re-imbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash or a check are accepted for payment, which is expected at the time of service. You will receive a receipt for services at each session which provides the information you need to submit a claim if you are covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not keep your scheduled appointment, and you have not cancelled the appointment a full 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session.
